There are a few basic ingredients that I often use in my cooking, I then vary them according to season and price.

I could not wait to dress Katniss in one of the Barbie Basics LBD. She owns it! ;)

Basics Barbie.

Basics Barbie "Red collection" Designed by Dennis Russo from 2010/11, Made in Indonesia, Basics Barbie "Little Black Dress collection" Designed by Tory Burch from 2010, Made in Indonesia & Basic Barbie "Jeans Collection" from 2011, Made in Indonesia.

I love them so much......They are really pretty girls......

Le adoro......=)

Here’s my Barbie Basics Collection. At the time when it was brand new I knew I had to limit myself to dolls I could easily rebody so I mostly avoided the harder to rebody skin tones.

Of course now that I gotten better at body matching and more articulated bodies exist I have a few Barbie Basics regrets….

I decided to make my own Barbie Basics doll with crazy hair. Her dress is from Basics #7, her shoes and fish-nets are from an accessory pack. I painted her little nails black, and re-painted her shoes to look like LouBoutins.

Esta é a minha coleção de Barbie Basics, coleção 001 e 002.

Eu sei que ainda faltam muitos, mas não poderia faltar uma foto delas aqui. Realmente amo esta coleção.

Barbie (Barbie Basics #1) in the snow. I had to get out and take advantage of the snow in my backyard before it all melted!

Young, pretty, and voluptuous =]

Cute girls in cute Barbie Fashion.

"What's in your bag" photo because I've always thought this was a fun idea that can also tell others a lot about yourself...and since it was getting really late and I needed a quick shot, heh :)

See photo notes for details!

The Basics girls are so fun to dress up :p

ODC Our Daily Challenge: Back to Basics

we anticipate these pictures in the autumn mornings:

dew, grids over the grasses, building little tents. (for me challenging to catch with the camera)

Barbie Basics model no. 08 — collection 001

Saw this on an Italian blog. Are these real? If so I want to start collecting Basics line. Haha!

Here’s my Barbie Basics Lea from the 001 collection. She has definitely one of my big time regrets of not picking her up when she was brand new because I knew she looked gorgeous, but at the time I had no idea how I could rebody her due to her skin tone, and the fact I was struggling to rebody the Steffie doll from the same collection.

Eventually I came to regret this decision, and finding her for less than $40 was near impossible for literally the last 5 years.

But now I finally found her after going to countless doll events, searching eBay, etsy, Mister Dollface, etc. I’m so happy she’s here and she matches the Made to move body perfectly.
