I tweaked my Elle from the Basics Kit. I erased the forehead baby hair lines. I had to change that lip color. I'm happy with this color but I may change it somewhere down the line.

My first go at beading on fabric!

i thought I would embellish this basics dress. Ok no points for originality, but I just wanted to try it and i needed a simple design.

Not to bad...I have some ideas I'd like to try...now to find the time and more little black dresses ; )

When I went to Washington DC, I just had to visit the Lincoln Memorial. I walked all the way from the Capitol over to Abe. Of course it was crowded with tourists and I couldn't take a picture of the statue himself (at least none that I would put in my portfolio), so I started taking pictures within the Monument it self. I think this one ended up pretty good - what do you think?

I find this girl SO hard to photograph, she has one eye that picks up the light and makes me crazy when trying to get a good shot of her. This is the best I've been able to get of her. I like her in person, but photographing her is a nightmare, lol.
