Brig. Gen. John McGuiness the Commanding General of the Natick Soldier Systems helped congratulate runners as they started and finished the 2012 Red Sox Foundation Run.Walk to Home Base. There were more than a dozen runners representing NSSC. The Run to Home Base raised more than $10 million in the three years the Red Sox Foundation has had the run. The Home Base Program is a partnership between the Red Sox Foundation and Mass General Hospital to research Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
