My otherwise durable commuter bike's handlebars broke suddenly when riding! Luckily I didn't crash, and I found a stick nearby that fit into the broken bar. The ride home was unusual, but stable.
I've been riding using these generic aluminum bars about 4 years and do really yank on them when climbing hills (it's a fixed gear). Most likely replacing these with Nittos.
This was a present from my boyfriend on our first christmas. He even fitted a little pink tube light which makes all my kitschy glasses look fab. It is my favourite thing in my whole house!
Behind bars yesterday, the notorious Play Twins, aka the Nappy Nabbers
are finaly returned to parental custody.
Renowned for their brazen feats of daring, as well as their now
legendary dribbling skills, the tiresome twosome have been terrorising
baby clothes outlets up and down the country ever since they started
their teething tantrum last Tuesday.
Worried retailers will be relieved to hear that the two little tykes
are back in their playpen instead of roaming the land looking to romp
away with the latest Agnès B body or the hottest Converse or Reebok
booties on the market.
But beware: given their renowned tearaway tendencies, it won't be long
before they're on the crawl again!

Double Decker alternates between tasting like chemicals and tasting like nothing. The British (dark) Mars is a glorified 3 Musketeers bars; I hate that bland, whipped nougat. Twisted is an ersatz Cadbury Egg in bar form. Cow Tales is godawful. It was so bad we both spit it out. Rob thought it tasted like chemical-laced peanut butter. I thought it tasted like chemical-laced coffee. Either way, it was HORRIBLE!
