Temple Bar is one of the places which attracts tourists in Dublin. It's a nice pub and if you're in Dublin, you should go but I think pubs in small towns, specially in the west and north, are more traditional.
Though not nearly as abundant as the prinia, Bar-throated Apalises were pretty common in Hermanus. I got my best photos of them on the very first day we were there, when I pished at one and it came out of the bushes to see what was up.

All the specks seen on the water in the distance are lobster trap buoys. Thought I had captured a lot of dirt on my lens.
Here is a view of the working side of the bar. There is an adjustable shelf that goes below the fixed one, you can see the holes for the stops.
These are deceiving ... they are a bar, cookie, and shortbread ... salty sweet goodness all in one square. Just add the crunch of ground and broken pretzels inside and bake one pretzel on the top.

Cool salad bar, you can eat at the bar or around table.
Food is good and well service, but served (big plates) but quite slow service.

I wasn't with my folder where I keep the papers for my journal when I got into that bar. Bad girl! The place was so inspiring. So I decided to pick my book and my pen and essay some drawings with only a line (we are doing this with a group of drawers). I thought Mr. Maizel (the author of the book) wouldn't mind

Sooner or later it had to happen, so here we go. Picture taken in a bar with my camera, a soft light coming from the window in front of me in a grayish day. I look happy :) Easy shot!
