I've been using Bar Keepers Friend for years, it works great on so many surfaces and really leaves a nice shine on the glass top stoves. Not only that it makes nice art too :)

France is famous for its cuisine, and with establishments ranging from three-star Michelin gastronomic havens to sidewalk crêpe stands doling out thin pancakes with Nutella, the choices are varied.

For most tourists passing through Paris, however, the day-to-day meal falls along the curve of the typical Parisian bistro-brasserie-café-wine bar. But what is the difference?

The answer? Not an easy one… Mostly because, like with most issues relating to food (or, let’s be frank, relating to anything), every Frenchman has an opinion, and every opinion is slightly different.

This Cafe Bar in Hoxton, London has an eye catching window and a quirky interior. Food I'm not sure about but coffee, beer and wine? Certainly but at a price

Bar-headed geese have to reach extreme heights when they migrate over the Himalayas. To be able to do this, the species is physiologically and biochemically adapted to flying at altitudes where oxygen levels and temperatures are both extremely low.

Did you know?

Bar-headed geese can fly higher than Mount Everest making them the world's highest flying birds.

Guiñote: juego de cartas, tradicional de Aragón. Típico en bares de las ciudades y pueblos de Aragón, suele jugarse después de comer, el que pierde paga el café y, en su caso, las copas.

What would you do if you walked into a bar and saw this?;

1- Nothing to see here.

2- Run like hell to get out of the bar.

3- Buy a drink for all 7 girls.

4- Go home as you have had too much to drink already.

5- Yell "LISA!" ( like "NORM from cheers).

6- Try to squeeze in a seat between 2 of them.

7- Call the police.

8- Call six of your friends.

9- Challenge them to a game of basketball.

10- Ask them if they are into orgies.

11- Ask someone if they have seen Lisa Monroe.

12- Take a picture.

Bar-headed geese are present in the wild in UK in small numbers and are mostly seen as individuals in mixed flocks with greylags. They occupy lowland waters and nearby meadows or arable farmland. The species breeds in high-altitude zones of central Asia and winters by lowland lakes and rivers. Many migrate high over the Himalayas to reach their wintering zones, which are mainly in India and Pakistan.
