last nights dinner - i was braving the showery weather to have a barbeque. I love veg done like this - in a marinade (soy, oil balsamic and seasoning) then cooked on metal skewers.

Shot back in 2006 on the campus of Mars Hill College--preparing for a special event. Ideally, BBQ of this type is cooked for many hours, usually overnight with constant attention.
According to today's Washington Post, Appalachian foods are the next BIG THING! They illustrate the article w/ a large BBQ smoker like this one.
