Bangle sellers are we who bear
Our shining loads to the temple fair...
Who will buy these delicate, bright
Rainbow-tinted circles of light?

Okay....it worked....the bangle is oval......but I don't like how the colors turned out after baking :)
The oval shape wears great around my wrist.
I think this one get's under in a drawer because of the color :) I'll sure make an other one with other colors hihih

Honeycomb Bangles, designed by Cynthia Rutledge, published in Bead & Button April 2011. This bangle handmade by me using Miyuki delica, seed bead, Swarovski Pearl and Modar Chinese rondelle beads. Technique used are peyote and netting. Very easy to make. Thanks to Cynthia. I now know why it is so popular among my flickr friends. lol
this portal bangle is really something special: made of thick, forged sterling silver, it has some serious heft! along it's outer rim, there are four glowing, pale lavender chalcedony, as well as some hammered discs.
the inside of the bangle is inscribed with part of a poem written by edna st. vincent millay: "Yet there isn't a train I wouldn't take, no matter where it's going."
