Modifications made to that healthy muffin recipe on epicurious that I've made and modified before.
This time round: banana and pineapple. Tried to be all fancy and stick a square of pineapple on top for decoration. Failed miserably. Darn thing sank.
Tasty baked chips were one of the many food offerings at the Spokane Restaurant Week kick-off event.
My baby has egg and dairy allergy. Since I'm breast feeding her, it became no-no for me as well. It was bit hard at first, but then It gave me a new pleasure of finding new baking recipes.

The fruit has been baked. In combination with their fiery red colour a suitable candidate I thought for foodography 6: HOT.

They're super easy to mix up, but I'd definitely advise using smaller, sweeter blueberries if you are lucky enough to find them... the bigger ones burst during baking and make quite a gooey mess. Still yummy, though.

Baked pasta for lunch! Ingredients: Shrimps, crab stick, shitake mushrooms and mixed vegetables. Of course not forgetting the cheese.
