My homemade baked cheesecake ready for Christmas after dinner. Made by me :-)

My preferred way of cooking bacon. No messy grease splatter on the stove or counter. The strips stay relatively flat.

The biggest advantage is that you can season the strips very easily: my favorite is black pepper, chipotle chili powder, and brown sugar.

We tried this recipe this weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful!
