Matthew Skoller @ BAG Thursday, BDG Club, Geneva, 02.02.2017.

This bag was sewn using a pattern of my own devising and uses a tubular frame and the lining employs a waterproof zipper pocket and three pockets with elasticated tops. The bag is huge and useful!
Governor Moore is Presented the Green Bag by the Appointments Office by Patrick Siebert at 100 State Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401
A bag from a series based on shells and the sea. A hollow papier mache form was made to the same shape as a sea urchin and covered with panels of iridescent, reversed furnishing (USA = decorator?) fabric. Beads and twisted cords of Indian thread were added. The lid was inspired by the operculum which some gastropods have. The lower tassel is of plain and twisted threads.

Pattern: Doctor's Bag by Tracy Ullman and Mel Clark
Source: Knit2Tog
Yarn: Colorado Yarns Durango in chocolate brown
Needles: Size 11 circs
Started: December 2006
Finished: December 2007
Recipient: Me
Mods: My bag is 4 stitches shorter. I did this by accident but kept going with it. I really didn't like this project. The yarns held double with the thick needles really hurt my wrists. I didn't like to work on it much so it languished around for a long time.
This adorable environmental friendly bag with beautiful patterns is made in 'tapestry crochet' technique, which allows the pattern to look nice on both sides, outside and inside. It also sustains the form of the bag and its compactness. The bag is buttoned up with a crocheted button.
Bag made from recycled textile and offcuts for a drawstring.
Filled with reclaimed Tiny Ted Book, a little egg containing necklace and ring, plus little undressable doll and dog.
Topped off with a couple of Fairtrade Chocolate Coins.
August 9th: IN MY BAG...♡
Ok, so I'm a bit if a bag addict (I'm not the only one out there!)... or at least I was. I'm pretty happy with my little collection built up over the years (I use the term 'little' rather loosely here!!!) and now that I have a bag in practically every colour, it's very rare for me to buy one these days. Hmmm, maybe I should have saved this for the upcoming 'treasures' or 'guilty pleasures' day!!! ♡♡♡
This photo was taken during a street photography project and I felt that it was a strange thing to do. I think that the rule of thirds work well because the woman is the middle so we can see her but there is a man in the background just wondering curiously. The back and white brings him out more and makes him in more the picture.
