The bag's shoulder strap is a mountain bike inner tube. The bag is knit around the strap, weaving in and out via large buttonholes.

this bag is very structured and small and the handle fits perfectly nestled in my grip. i think calling it a pocketbook does it justice. this was a very last minute find.

This is the main street in Damxung, or Dangxiong - purely chinese town built in the middle of nowhere to serve now as tibetan railway station. Not counting the occassional tourist buses heading to Nam-Tso lake the whole place looked as deserted as on this picture.

A new pinstripe bag my Mum made for the MacBook. Instead of having a large flap or velcro as with previous bags, we just went for a small cover of the opening this time to keep things nice and slim.

This bag is inspired by sustainable living. It has a meadow where clovers grow and baby lambs run around. Isn't that every knitter's dream? Breeding sheep and producing wool!

The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.
The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.
The top is sewn from cotton fabrics.
The string is knitted i-cord.
