The backside of Fushimi Inari Shrine, in Kyoto, Japan. While the front part of the shrine is heavily visited, very few people get around to the backside, which requires a bit of a hike.

Pentax K-30, Rokinon 8/3.5 Fish Eye

For the Pentax Forums Single in January Challenge

I took a freezing cold walk around downtown on my lunch hour.

Some dude was pretty sure the camera I was holding up to my face was some sort of coffee cup and he tried to strike up a conversation with me about cappuccinos. It was really awkward when he realized it was a camera and I was 100% not interested. :-|

So for this shot I decided to process it a little differently than I normally do. From a single shot I took this and processed it as a 6 shot HDR and here is what I got.
