The southern flanks of Haleakala were simply amazing, and the surrounding land starkly beautiful. Not a hint of sprawl, which has all but consumed Hawaii, to be seen!

Having trouble with the focusing which i think is due to only using one flash. Need a stronger light source.

 

Feedback on this would be great as it was my first time shooting snowboarding with my off camera flash. Any tips or criticism would be great!

Fort Wetherill State Park

Jamestown, Rhode Island

 

The backside of the fort is very low to the ground. The fort would not have been obvious to enemy ships sailing up the bay.
