Buddhist Pagoda - Nakhon Pathom, Thailand

After leaving an official trail, we hiked up this overgrown old logging road to our campsite and several off-trail waterfalls. Daniel Boone National Forest.

The "Women Backpacking Together" Meetup met at the Caribou Lake Trailhead in the Caribou Wilderness in the middle of the night... around midnight. Lorrie and I were there around 7:30pm so after we put up our tent and built a fire, we warded off the bears by making a lot of noise. Four plus hours! We were up around 9am and out on the trail around 11am. Got to our camp at North Divide Lake around 3:30pm and set in for a cold night. Snow all around but we found a nice meadow to camp in.

Little backpack I made for the birthday of a good friend of Sara.

Very odd design with the warts. Not complaining, however. It's also good that this doesn't scream "I've got camera gear inside." It looks like anyone's book bag.

This event was for graduating seniors to teach them about the world after college with topics including buying a car, 401ks, banking, buying a house, etc. Student walked around from table to table and spoke to each representative for about 10-15 minutes. Backpack to Briefcase was sponsored by Widener University's Career Services.

After waking up at beautiful Lake Katherine, we packed up camp and headed over Windy Pass to camp our second night below Puerto Nambe.

Backpacking is one of my favorite activities. Some of the locations I've trekked through include Ireland, Greece, and Havasu Falls.
