I'm not really sure about this one. I've been messing around with backlighting for a while now and I think this is the closest i've gotten to what's in my head. I was driving by this spot in the Four Peaks Wilderness and noticed the light around the saguaros and then saw the distant mountains and I knew I had to try. The biggest mountain in the shot is Red Mountain and South Mountain is barely visible behind it. Camelback Mountain is the medium shade mountain on the right side of the frame. I'd really appreciate some feedback on this one. Thanks!

Playground backlight. We didn't know this little girl, but when the backlight showed up, I had no choice but to point the camera and shoot. Luckily I got the exposure right the first time. The light only lasted a little while.
I think I burned his clothes too much-

I'm trying to figure out how to do this backlighting look- any comments appreciated!

My photos from last week were taken as part of my photography class homework. This is one of my examples of backlighting.
This shot was taken outside during the day with a Nikon sb-600 flash on a godox trigger and umbrella. Edited in DXO Photolab.
This is an example of backlighting. You can see sky and I very well but the background is kind of dark. Also to take this picture I set my phone up on a slide and used a rock.

i bought two 2 inch bullseyes and two 3 3/8 reducing lenses .

My brother and I were a few days late for the best autumn color, but there were a few pockets of nice color to be found around Trap Pond SP, DE.

Shot this morning while walking around a park near the river in my town, with my cam and the Lensbaby with Double Glass on. I shot backlights now and then, and I end up liking few of them. If find this one, for whatever reason, acceptable. So here it goes :)
