With First H&D's withdrawal from Exeter, Axe Valley introduced the 52 from Seaton to Exeter to ensure that the link was not completely lost, although Stagecoach's 9A does cover the route albeit via Sidmouth. Here, LF52ZPP, still wearing London colours (and a little bit of branding on the rear too) arrives in to Exeter, with a view of the massive building work on the old bus park behind.
Of course First return to Exeter this summer on regular service work with the Dartmoor Explorer from First South West.

A once mighty kingdom has been split between three brothers.
The one with the orange axe was the king who ran it when it was united, and the one in white is is favorite son who he gave the largest section of land to, a section along the coast with many islands.
The white king likes to act as if he is always holy and morally right but his brothers see through his ruse.
Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile and the Luxor Obelisk can be seen from inside the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel. The path from the Louvre, through the Tuileries Gardens and all along the Champs Élysées, forms the "Axe historique"
Axe Valley serve Lyme Regis four or five times a day with the tendered 387 from Seaton. Former Metroline LK58CNU does the honours here.

I spent the whole day photographing an Osprey at Seaton on the River Axe, Devon and was rewarded when this juvenile bird hovered a few feet away while flying into a stiff southerly breeze, blowing straight up the river.
It is a juvenile bird and is still learning how to fish. Having caught a small fish around 9am it wasn't successful again to 5pm but it sure did put in numerous attempts throughout the day.
This was a amazing opportunity to photograph a wild Osprey in its natural environment. Such a pleasure to see, enjoy and in no way set up.

The Big Axe was built to commemorate the ‘timber getters’ who traded timber in the region between the mid 18th and early 19th century. Later, tree harvesting in the region reduced due to regulations passed to preserve the forests in the area.
