i've always seen this fruit being sold at local groceries so one day i decided to give it a try. this particular fruit you see in the photo comes from china. it's filled with small pit sized seeds similar to a kiwi fruit. the flesh is white with a delicate texture. the taste is sweet and very distinctive, like soft cream. it is not juicy. you may say that it has an acquired taste. it grows to about the size of a pomelo. you should try it sometime! highly recommended! by the way i took this photo before i ate the fruit he he he
BFF...Malaysia China Friendship Garden in Kuching is built to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and China. The park is tastefully designed in the styles of both Malaysia and China. The garden is situated a few kilometers away from Kuching City.

This was taken on Trial Harbour on Tasmania's rugged west coast. It is so far from anywhere, but close to my heart - I took so many photos this day, and I can't wait for the day when I can get back to this part of the world to take more and explore further up the coastline.
This particular day had 8 metre swell pounding onto the rocks - was quite spectacular to watch.

This was way out in the country on an old road. Old Hwy 1 in NC.
It was obviously placed there with care by someone near their home. Not sure if it works or not. I did not open the door.
This is what greeted me at the front gate on my late return from a trip to Griffith today.....
The rain really pelted down all the way home but here only got a sprinkling....
Apparently double rainbows are rare and the second rainbow has the colours in reverse..
