This extremely nice rooster fish was caught by Tom Ritchie off the Baja Mexico (Sea of Cortez) using a 10 weight G. Loomis fly rod. Now that had to have been fun!

My sister works at Victoria's Secret, so she gave me a box of fancy underwear for Christmas. Piper is obsessed lately with tags and and taking things out of boxes, so that box of undies has turned out to be quite entertaining. I have at least 10 pictures of my child putting underwear on her head.
first incarnation for awesome show flyer. Maybe a tee sleeve dealy too.
Time to let the cat out of the bag.
Me, skinner, martin, and scrappers will have a show at the Hurley space in costa mesa this june
I had a scooter. Every day I'd come home with new horrible bloody wounds. My parents said if I hurt myself any more they'd take it away. So I hid my horrible bloody knees from them. Nothing says scarification like neglected knee-wounds.
The Washington Post image of TR's second inauguration. A girl from Buffalo, who was attending college in DC somehow managed to get into the ball, managed to get this copy of the Washington Post print, and wrote her account of the evening in the margins. *Squeeee!* History! It's so awesome!
And an awesome photo. :-) I love living near mountains. And the weather was just perfect!
The twin Spanish Peaks are in the background. The other peak is hidden behind the first one but you can just make it out.
It's mere coincidence that the building where these signs were posted is a few doors down from West Coast Grocery, in the alley off Pacific on the back of the Harmon Furniture building just off 13th.
Arto Liukkonen from Finland shows off a very, very nice sea trout (we call them specs) that weighed in at over 11 lbs! Now that's a monster in anyone book!

We have left the Heian Jingu Shrine and wandered along the road.. we were heading to the Chion-in temple area. This is the Shoren-in temple with the giant Camphor trees dominating the entrance. The present buildings date from 1895 and was originally the the residence of the chief abbot of the Tendai school of Buddhism.
A peaceful and often overlooked temple by the crowds... simply stunning..
