This weekend it snowed almost non stop and the temperatures are dropping. We went for a snowshoe to one of our local waterfalls to day. We had to take turns breaking the trail because the snow was so deep and it was a real workout. However, the ice at the falls was awesome to see. Well worth the trek in. The whole afternoon was awesome.
Dusk is just the most amazing time of day, especially at the ocean as the golden light throws its warmth on the sands and rocks and they sparkle and glisten. Nature is just awesome!
