Please be aware... I am no stamp expert. Posted titles here are either what I was told when acquiring these or are from a simple Google search. I make no claim as to them being 100% accurate but I make an effort to be as factual as I am able when posting. There may well be some duplication of type or variety, but I try not to double post any single items. My feeble brain may slip on that from time to time. These are all from my semi worthless collection from over the years. Little to no value exists in most (if not all) of them. They are just a hobby.
PDF Research Advocate Linda Hinkle helped put together this display at the Hamilton East Public Library in Noblesville, IN.

Repel is an interactive wearable art that simulate the situation when our personal space is being invaded. This artwork tries to leverage on the current crowded environment that we are used to and hope to raise awareness among people.
Repel is an arduino and electronic project, it made used of infrared sensor to trigger all the electronic component that user are wearing, such as DC motor, Servo motor, LED animation and etc.
On the user’s left shoulder, Repel will emits a red laser beam that rotates 360 degree to create a user personal zone. In the event when there are strangers invaded the zone, it will trigger the infrared sensor that are located on the user’s chest. The sensor will then trigger a series of actions. For example, the laser will rotate, the LED that signifies the heartbeat will blink and the button will spin. The closer the stranger is to the user, the faster the rotating speed will be.
For overall, Repel is trying to project a person’s uncomfortable feeling when there is someone close to them by using some electronic components. Such as the laser represents restriction, the red LED represents heartbeat and the button represents the user’s emotion.
The used materials
-Arduino Uno board
-Three Dc Motor
-One Servo full rotation motor
-Two high power red LEDs
-Infrared Sensor
-One Laser
-One force Registor
-Sixteen flat Blue LEDs
-Two 6v battery

23/4/15***NO REPRO FEE*** Chelsea Ryan Gibson, Fintan O'Dwyer and Danielle Gayson students from Tipperary pictured with Minister James Reilly as Leading Youth Organisation push TDs and Senators to Commit on Presidential Age Referendum. Youth Work Ireland will be pushing several TDs and Senators to take a public stance on the issue in its political briefing today in Buswells Hotel despite apparent disagreement in Government on the issue. The organisation believes the second referendum on the age to be a candidate for President is looking increasingly like being lost due to indifference amongst the political establishment. The group whose members work with over 100,000 young people believes very few people are even aware that the vote is happening or what the issues are. The group which supports the changes on marriage equality and the change to the age to be a presidential candidate believes the importance of the second referendum should not be ignored but that the political parties and the Government are doing just that.
