About a quarter of the way up the trail from the Daley Ranch Truck Trail to the top of the Jamul Creek Canyon. The topo maps show a spring here that must have been used to fill this old tank.
Simple: oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt & pepper, and some oregano. I usually would put in cilantro too, but I decided I liked the milder effect since it didn't overpower the avocado flavor or the sweetness of the corn.
