it's been way too hot in my room. there is no air conditioning and beijing is heating up. i think the heat finally got to me today. i didn't really sleep last night either, after two straight days of not sleeping. um, and that's my reasoning for this. it's purple.

OK, so I know that technically this shot's a bit messy because the little tyke moved as I was pressing the shutter, but I still love the calculating evil lurking behind the eyes here. I was being accosted by a gang of these things trying to get into my car, presumably so that they could use it in ram raids in nearby Mildura.
then i started feeling pretty bad. I mean I've had bad days (I remember once when the cable was down for five minutes and I burnt my crumpets for tea) but so far I'd managed to get this cow sawn in half and stuck in freezing cold jelly for half the day. Apparently the guys said this is con-science. Worst. Science. Ever. It put me right off my jelly.
