T.A.1966 Angmar attacks
A force of orcs out of Angmar are intercepted by elves from Lorien at the bridge over the Lothduin river. The elves expected to stop them crossing but the orcs had a mammoth from the Northern Wastes leading the attack that easily pushed the elves aside.

I paint the miniatures and build the terrain. It is mostly scratch-built except for the trees which are bought but usually improved or converted to some extent.

At about 3 PM the 14th of April in the old city of Hebron, 5 Israeli settlers trespassed onto the roof of a Palestinian house, puncturing the 5 water tanks owned by the family and draining all of their water supply, in addition the settlers smashed the cage of the families doves and the doves escaped. One of the 5 settlers was armed and he went down the stairs from the the rooftop and smashed a potted plant and threatened the father of the family with his weapon.
Took Eersel out for a walk in the snow. She was the most interesting photographic subject around so i took advantage. Ever tried taking pictures of a black dog on snow when it's nearly dark!
Was going to drive to Seaham to meet flickr Ivor Miller but we both decided a 5am start in this weather was not a good idea so i think it's time to open a bottle of red!
Flickr seems to dull these photos tried re uploading with a tweak on the exposure but still looks a bit under exposed!?!?

Sometimes found photos make little sense until you read the back of the photo. I am not sure this helps much:
"This is NOT a football coach working with one side of the line.

Maybe a photo assignment? Whatever it is, the explanation is a hoot!
