The band was born in Bologna in 2012 as an idea of Daniele Lambertini, Simone Sangiorgi and Mattia Emiliani, that with other musicians, Francesco Vogli and Alessio Sandri, will form Atomic Blast. Shortly after Alessio leaves the band for personal reasons, and is replaced by Tobia Caradonna. In September 2012 the band finally finds a stable and tight line-up: Francesco on vocals, Daniele and Simone on guitars, Mattia on bass and Tobia on drums. The band starts writing their own material and performing at various concerts, until they feel the necessity to record their first EP, "Noise of Revolution" in January 2013, under Spider Rock Promotion. Tobia's groove and technical approach to drumming completes and defines the style of Atomic Blast: Thrash/Groove with very personal Funky influences. Currently the band is writing new song for the LP.

I like this one because of the contrast between the (living) bird and the death that is linked with this building in Hiroshima.
(Base view) As you can see the base of the top-line freestyle model the Punx has some serious reinforcement along the centre of the ski for lots of grinding action. With a new kinetic core and livelier feel the Punx is happy hitting kickers in the park or backcountry. With 82mm underfoot they are adept to ski in the pwder, stomp landings on the manicured slopes of the pipe or in the deep neyond the boundaries.
Pure freestyler happiest in the hands of the experienced rider who thinks the groomed runs are a bother.
At the Desert Research Institute's oddball collection of '50s and '60s Americana - sometimes poignant, sometimes insanely absurd.
odd, lovely little camera - surprisingly good at not blowing out the sky but adds a weird, almost blown out glow to lighter parts of pics. And the edges of colours seem to "bleed" into each other more than any other camera I've used. I know the lens is mucky but I don't want to clean it to discover to what extent the mucky blur adds to the "bleed" effect.

Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, I recommend this museum if you are interested in learning more about the history of atomic testing in Nevada.
Huge. The daddies are amongst the largest of big mountain skis. 190cm and a massive 125mm underfoot. The Big daddies will take some getting used to and also a helicopter would be useful. As with most skis of this nature they will perform impeccably given the right conditions. The Big Daddy''s for 2008 are redesigned and have a bit more girth around the middle so they have a 41m radius which is ok off in the backcountry with lots of snow but will be a huge handful for mixed European conditions unless you have legs like Maier.
Very much a 100% powder ski for those with heli-access.

THE ATOMIC BOMB
Truman's decision to drop atomic bombs on two Japanese cities brought an end to the war in the Pacific and ushered in a new era of warfare-the atomic age.
After the attack on Pearl Harbor, and up until the American landing at Leyte, some Japanese leaders hoped to prevent the U.S. from opposing Japan's expansion in the Pacific. By March 1945, Japan's inability to stop the relentless U.S. advance convinced the Emperor and some of his advisors to seek negotiations. The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki ended the debate and the Emperor's will finally prevailed. Japan surrendered unconditionally on 15 August 1945.

General Atomics was conceived in 1955 at San Diego, California for the purpose of harnessing the power of nuclear technologies for the benefit of mankind. General Atomics’ basic research into fission and fusion has matured into competence in many technologies, making GA and its affiliated companies one of the world’s leading resources for high-technology systems development ranging from the nuclear fuel cycle to remotely operated surveillance aircraft, airborne sensors, and advanced electric, electronic, wireless and laser technologies.
