Am geplanten Endlager in Gorleben startet der Treck nach Krümmel, wo am Samstag eine der großen Abschlusskundgebungen der Menschenkette stattfinden wird. Rund 100 Menschen machen sich mit Traktoren, Fahrrädern und anderen Fahrzeugen in Richtung Dannenberg auf, wo eine Kundgebung stattfinden wird. Es weht ein eiskalter Wind, immer wieder gibt es Hagel- und Graupelschauer. Der Stimmung hier auf dem Treck tut das keinen Abbruch.

In my models of atoms I used red for protons, yellow for electrons, and purple for neutrons. The neutral atom(1) Carbon has an atomic number of 6 and atomic mass of 12.011. It will have 6 protons and 6 neutrons in the nucleus. There will be 6 electrons in the electronic cloud. An Isotope(2) of Carbon has and atomic number of 6 and an atomic mass of 14. It will have 6 protons and 8 neutrons in the nucleus. There will be 6 electrons in the electric cloud. An Ion(3) of Berylium has an atomic number of 4 and an atomic mass of 9.012. It will have 4 protons and 5 neutrons in the nucleus. It will also have 2 electrons in the electric cloud.
From trianing I am an chemist. So this is my artistical view of the orbits of the electrons in an atom.

For those who do not know, Cumberland Falls is the only water falls in the western hemisphere with a PREDICTABLE Moonbow, which of course is a rainbow at night. There are other places that have moonbows but you can not go there at a certain time each month and see them, they are kind of hit and miss. The only other predictable moonbow in the world is Victoria Falls in Africa. The best times to see the moonbow are in the winter, but I enjoy going often because the moonbow is different and beautiful each month. In the winter you can sometimes see the full spectrum of colors with your naked eye. Tonight this moonbow was ghostly white to the naked eye, in the photo you can see color!

Alle sind froh als es nach dem 3-stüngigen Treck von Gorleben nach Dannenberg endlich etwas zu Beißen gibt. Die Dannenberger haben Kaffee und Kuchen vorbereitet. Nach der Kungebung in Dannenberg rollt der Treck weiter ins Camp nach Mützingen.

The most useful tool in splitting an atom is no longer your teeth, but rather this orange marvel. Well maybe not an atom but something that requires what seems like the same amount of force to split apart, two LEGO elements.
Before this one would use their enameled teeth to pry apart the pieces, causing untold damage to the elements, and I'm sure the teeth. Now take two of these LEGO separators and place one on top and one on the bottom and gently squeeze the ends together and the element is separated.
I cannot begin to tell you how easy it is to split elements apart with this. Larger pieces you can jab and leverage a corner to pull them apart. Little greebles can be pulled off larger pieces or those pesky pins pushed out from their holes all with this tool.
Thank you LEGO for making this, now "my" lego won't have bite marks from my son when he's older.
