Remember Divinity
Hell on Earth is non-existent to a heavenly mind.
Supreme thoughts reign while ignorance is still in a bind.
In a bind from having to bow down, all the damn time.
Only jealous of that which is aged in fine wine, aka, the wise mind.
Aged wisdom of indigenous struggles seeing no ray nor shine.
Now realizing the sun inside you, having the source of light yet still blind.
Looking for the switch when the surge of power is still you, just shine. Can't really trust a smile because evil is always looking so dog gon' fine.
Having to depend on gut feelings to read past fake first impressions,
The free mind behind the bars of flesh is the true lesson.
The free man behind any bars keeps his own dignity second guessing,
When the lack of control on ones own mind is real psychological incarcerated oppression.
Lead by heart then by mind to avoid deception, for a fiery heart engulfs the ego in flames while igniting the gas for a wise expression.
Yellow is the sun shining in the inside, engraved with the answers to life's formulas, with a heart built to erase the miseries we are vexed in.
Yellow #2 pencils with cheap erasers are not the tools for the answer nor are the answers on the page when you turn your test in...
Your heart and mind are the tools, you are the answer,
So fly like the hidden wings you are already dressed in.
Stay diligent in mind, supreme in thought and strong at heart (no resting) - afroartivy.com

i had some downtime today at work so i took a small square of acrylic and started etching into it with a knife. i decided rather randomly on the word art. i then went over the etched areas with colored markers and then used alcohol to wipe the flat surface clean leaving the ink only in the etched channels. needless to say i was really bored. but i like how it looks. and this is a word that means more and more to me all the time, so i love it.
Up close, this sculpture was made up of religious texts – the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita, the Torah, the Koran, and the I Ching.

Are you ready for this moment?
And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Matthew 24:31
"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
Matthew 24:36
"Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. For it will come upon all those who live on the face of the whole earth. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."
Luke 21:34-36
