Hawt! Because aprons can be pretty and sexy as well as functional you'll want the Hawt Couture apron. Black and white with a splash of red trim. Extra long ties at the waist to tie in a pretty bow in the front. Halter top ties at the neck. Is cooking really necessary? I think not.

this picture doesn't do this fabric justice! It's one of my favorite fabrics! It's a plum background with a small floral print. The bright sage in the leaves go perfectly with the plum.
The reverse fabric is bright sage with large plum polka dots.
More pics from the shoot. I love the colors in this photo.

I have a pretty extensive apron collection and it's about time I took them out of the drawer and documented their existence.
My sister is graciously modeling for me cause she's awesome. Sometimes we go a little crazy with the picture takin'.

I'm glad you guys are enjoying my apron collection. We had a lot of fun going through all my vintage aprons.
I hate to have to say this but please keep in mind that I am a protective older sister. I would appreciate respectful comments only. Both Kelsey and I would be really disappointed if we had to take the photos down. Don't be offended, or surprised, if questionable comments are removed.
Also, if your photo stream consists of adult material, your comment will be deleted without hesitation. See above comment about protective siblings. Don't make me come over there.

The second vintage apron i have aquired and my first contribution the Vintage Apron pool! The print on this just kills me! LOL!
Apron pattern from Flo's stash. Looking at the price, it is from before 1966, as that is when we changed to decimal currency.
Mail order pattern, Design by Clotilde. No postmark nor date indicated, but stamp is 2 cents, so it was a while ago! I love apron dresses, and wrap styles, and this has both.
another favorite. This is pink with a brown diamond pattern. It looks awesome with the pink and brown damask.

I should really make more of these aprons. They are pretty cool but I'm not the fastest sewer (that doesn't seem like the right spelling) and they take a long time to make. I think the platypus one is still available on my etsy.
