Wearing my new wonderful white blue dress with petticoat. Put on an extra full apron to protect my new dress. Going to clean something greasy !
I have a pretty extensive apron collection and it's about time I took them out of the drawer and documented their existence.
My sister is graciously modeling for me cause she's awesome. Sometimes we go a little crazy with the picture takin'.

I'm glad you guys are enjoying my apron collection. We had a lot of fun going through all my vintage aprons.
I hate to have to say this but please keep in mind that I am a protective older sister. I would appreciate respectful comments only. Both Kelsey and I would be really disappointed if we had to take the photos down. Don't be offended, or surprised, if questionable comments are removed.

The two young men in this tintype wear cloth aprons and appear to work at a more gentile trade than the two men in leather aprons that I posted today. I like the scallops in the background that suggest it was tacked up. Perhaps it was a makeshift studio space in their workplace.
I notice that there is a dark streak down the striped apron on the left and a suggestion of a streak on the right. Printers? Butchers? Machines operators? It is interesting that they are still wearing ties and vests.
I wanted a craft apron with lots of pockets. I added my scribbled vine embroidery design and a "cross-stitch" for the hem.
