Knee Replacement
My Mom is having her right knee replaced today. I don't think she knew what she was in for.
Walking The Dogs
Wearing my new Boonie.
We went to India Oak for lunch.
4 Finger Shot rehearsal tonight.
The sun shines and beckons upon the ground below, before clouds soon fill the sky.
A monochrome version of my picture, Rays of Light III.

Edited from RAW file in Adobe Lightroom. Further editing and watermark placement to JPG file done in Adobe Photoshop CC.
Constructive feedback is welcome and appreciated.

The Marshall sounds so good on both channels, it will be perfect for the before & after modifications Jackson SL4X Soloist video.
My recording setup is in the background...with a couple of my basses.
Finish
There is a slight finish flaw on my EVH Striped Series guitar and I kind of love it. My thumb is pointing to it in this picture. I really want to believe that there is some sort of hand work that goes into finishing these guitars even though they are all identical and at a "low" price point.
Simon!
Simon is back! We got together tonight to jam a couple tunes and talk about what songs to do next.
This means I will be back on guitar but most of the songs we agreed on are one-guitar songs. I floated the idea that maybe they don't need me and it was not received well.
The stock 2-point tremolo bridge from the Jeff Beck Signature Stratocaster. I took this picture to give me approximate locations of the saddles since I need to remove them to install the brass block.
I found this scene to be rather interesting, as it was the setting sun shining brightly and defiantly in the face of cloudy weather.
A picture of a cloudy sunset by the bayside in which the setting sun still tries to shine very brightly.
I had originally wanted to get closer to the sunset, but a slight drizzle during that time prevented me from doing so.

Kelly
This is a Jackson JK-20 that I bought off some dude for $300. That was a mistake. But it is a really nice playing guitar.
I took this picture of the top of the tremolo so I would have the approximate locations of the saddles since they need to be removed to change the block.
Eating Out
Julie and I went to Roosters after her orthopedic appointment today. They are finally allowing guest seating. There are plexiglass barriers between all the booths and tables are either spaced out or marked to not allow seating. All the servers are wearing masks, utensils are packaged with salt & pepper and a napkin, and there are touch free methods of payment at the table.
Tonight was also my first Thursday patio gig with the Tim Ferral Band at Local Roots! I made reservations for Julie and Carey at 5:30pm. Local Roots COVID-19 policy is to space out patio seating and limit parties to 90 minutes at their table. Annette & Chris showed up as well as Thomas Taglione who met me and Tim at Yogi's when we had Tuesday night gigs there. I was sort of a mess on songs I should know but overall we did really well.
4 Finger Shot Monday
I dropped the Blues Junior off to Rob today. He is going to figure out why the volume drop is happening and replace the reverb tank.
Tonight was the first of two rehearsals this week prior to our show Saturday.
