This was heavenly. A half-boiled egg, smooth and fluid, sitting in a little dish of some salty-sweet sauce, with a dash of wasabi. It was an excellent appetiser, whetting our appetites for more.

11/2 cups bisquick
4 cups finely cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375, mix all ingredients. form into 1" balls. Bake 15 min on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 doz.
