So I decided to split the building in two. Its still a WIP and I need to fix the roof and add more rubble. I'm not sure of what can I add on the sides or the front, since it feels a litle bit plain in my opinion. Suggestions?!
Journal Log: 2039.
We managed to find our way to an abandoned bridge during the snowstorm and take cover,
when the storm abided we decided to make it our home.
We needed supplies so we raided a military surplus depot for MRE's and sleeping bags as a bonus we found a weapons locker in the janitors closet.
We found more than just sleeping bags and guns though, A fully assembled nightingale runner was stored in the back for emergencies, apparently it got forgotten in the panic.
We decided if the runner was going to be of any use it needed a pair of arms,Ironsniper claimed he could weld well enough and we figured why not give it a try?
Worst mistake I've ever made.
It now walks like a gimpy old man with bad knees, He's one helluva shot but not much of a welder.
Tac rigged up a ladder from the base of the bridge to the top for easier access, after he was done with that he made a couple of barricades for safety.
I lifted the barricades up onto the bridge with the nightingale and put them in place, While 'Ol charlie directed me where to go.
Soon strangers will come far from hearing the noise of us building a home for ourselves, it will be a challenge to keep them out.

It's been three years since the apocalypse started in the USA. Some scientists had invented a new breed, specialised to defend the USA. The experiment went wrong, and a virus spread throughout the world. Everywhere people started turning into zombies. My parents have died by radiation, and my brother has been taken away by a gang of raiders. Now I'm alone in a wasted country...

“Hey, Harry! Grab some Hot Chocolate,” I yelled. But like normal he just stood there staring into the pond. The frozen pond.
Every morning is the same and has been since we brought the burly Harry into our, err my, hut to live. I knew I needed to be careful bringing someone into my life, there are far too many sick, crazy, and destructive people wandering the wild now, but Harry is special. Since the Desolation I’d never met anyone as innocent has he is. He says we saved him, but he’s the only thing keeping me going now. He cares about anyone who takes care of him its amazing that he can still love, after all that he’s been through. He’s saved me many times, and he did everything he could to save Karin, but she’s gone now, too.
Ever since Karin’s abduction from Harry’s own hands he stands and stares at Ned for hours. Ned intrigues Harry and sometimes I wonder if he is closer to Ned than he is to me now. Perhaps it is because Harry feels ashamed that he lost his grip on Karin and he doesn’t want to face me… but I’ve forgiven him. We, he, did everything he could for her. It was her fault she got caught, and mine.
Maybe that’s why Harry is so attached to Ned. Ned isn’t going anywhere. Ned isn’t in danger and won’t leave Harry. Harry can’t disappoint Ned. Perhaps Harry is starting to realize that Ned is as cold as our hearts need to be to survive this dead winter that never ends. It’s a dangerous and horrible world we now live in, and cold - so, so cold.
But I think it’s something else. Harry probably sees in Ned what I see – A reflection of myself and what I’ve become.

btw: Ive wanted to use that minifig torso ever since i got it.
This build uses all of my leaves, in every color I have. The leaves are mostly attached together using grass stems and flowers, but some also have bars and clips and help support the roof.
The entire collapsed roof section is connected in multiple spots throughout the walls. I knew Id be working on this for a while so I didnt want a few really delicate connections holding everything up, so all the pieces are pretty well anchored in there.

Lotus, the new emerging PMC, recently released their newest MBT. The Chewbaka has the ability too hit 60mph, has a 50 cal. machine gun, a mobile grenade launcher, and two assorted grenade launchers capable of shooting both grenades and smoke grenades.

Whew. It's done! Yay! Big shout out too Forest for help, and more photos upon request. It features 360 rotating turret, rolling treads, suspension and all the small weapons on top can move and rotate. It was inspired by the Merkava and a small toy tank i had. Off too build apocalego!
My second entry into Nannan's Black Fantasy Contest. This time with a rather extensive dio. I'm entering it in the Apocalego contest too, even though the focus is clearly the creature. But hey, it's got a dying telephone pole, so it must be post-apoc. :)
Some Rough n Tough survivors find refuge within a small hidden cave, and get to work enlarging and fortifying their new hideout.
...when that's all that you've got.

My Apocalego diorama was supposed to be my last build, but after seeing Sunday's episode I knew I had to build this scene. I had a different idea in my head, but I didn't have a lot of time.
The soldiers of the Greater Chinese Army had different missions in the tower. The first was to find some scientists. The second was to get down a politican. And the third was to help the citizens in the tower. The leader of this mission was Commander Li Jung. During this, the scientists tested the brand new Spider S1.
The special report will be on the different scenes.

This is my first try on a cyberapocalyptic building. It was a great new experience and a lot of fun. I wish I could put some LEDs in this building, but there was too less time. In the next days I will post different pictures of the building. So please take a look at them, you can see ~ 50% of the building in this picture. All pictures will be listed in the first comment with its story.

After a months work and a Bricklink order later, I present to you, The Trinity Apartment Blocks!
Encompassing pretty much my whole collection of Lt. Bley bricks and Trans green tiles, I'd figure that at least 60+ hours went into this
And honestly, I think it's probably my best work yet in the Apocalego genre.

This would have been for my showdown with Alex, but he had personal issues that needed to be dealt with.
As if the daily raids aren’t enough, the Scourge attack us frequently. They raid our camps for supplies and weapons, and the will sometimes kidnap members to turn against us. The attacks are relentless and will plague us to the end.

For I so coveted Carter's trophy that I spent the last couple days buried in clear plates.
I'm not convinced this is the best technique to represent ice, but it was worth a shot. Kinda looks like it could go either way (ice or water). I think I'd prefer tiles for ice, but obviously that's not gonna happen. *Hey Lego, make more clear tiles!*
I'd say this thing has at least one full PaB cup worth of 1x2 clear plates. God bless PaB.

Society has eaten itself, figuratively and literally.....
Buildings have collapsed with the immense weight of the snow, the occupants inside either died of the sub-zero temperatures or the inability to make fire inside the caved in buildings.
The government blamed of the end of the world on Russia, Russia blamed Canada and then before you knew it, they were lobbing their arsenals of nuclear weapons at each other, making the bad situation worse than we could ever have imagined.....
The remaining people had to resort to eating the dead.
All I can say is that I'm glad I wasn't here when it happened.....
