Glycosylation Analysis-Glycosylation, the attachment of sugar moieties to proteins, is a post-translational modification (PTM) that provides greater proteomic diversity than other PTMs. Glycosylation is critical for a wide range of biological processes, including the attachment of cell to the extracellular matrix and intracellular protein-ligand interactions. This PTM is characterized by various glycosidic linkages, including N-, O- and C-linked glycosylation, glypiation (GPI anchor attachment), and phosphoglycosylation, etc.
US Dollar index is till bearish and most likely to head lower. For a sustained upside move it need to go past 78.40 area.
Market Analyst are split with their view regarding usefulness of QE2.0. Some says QE2.0 funds spent to better U.S. economy will help global recovery, other says if funds somehow invested indirectly into emerging economies then it will create new bubbles in those countries. In my opinion, a declining dollar and lower interest rates will eventually cause capital to flow to emerging countries, which in turn will appreciate their currencies and hurt their economies by reducing export potential.

From public inquiry to completion LUC were core team members on this landmark development. Our evidence at Public Inquiry helped secure acceptance of this 50,000m2 development in the Green Belt because of the overriding public gain from restoring 100 hectares of damaged land to public access. LUC was then responsible for turning former and current waste disposal sites into a country park.
British Airways HQ, Waterside
At the core of the country park LUC worked closely with architects to produce a stunning headquarters building for British Airways, on the site now known as Waterside.
Using new techniques and modifying others, LUC was able to produce a rich and varied landscape at remarkably low cost. Spaces ranged from the interior planting in the stunning 180m long ‘street’, the six World Themed courtyards, all built over basement slabs, to the ecologically diverse and dramatic reclamation of waste tips and gravel pits.

Those that were paying attention at the start, may have noticed a folder labeled "analysis" in my layers panel. what is it doing there?
This was an idea I got from Aaron Nace at Phlearn, which uses display modes to let you analyse the distribution of hue and saturation in your photo. This was useful to me. as I wanted the area illuminated by the lighthouse to be more saturated and to have this captured on the closest waves but at distance to really cut this back to further emphasise the lighthouse as a sort of colour-based sanctuary from this black and imposing storm.
He explain the process, technique and purpose for all this in this video, and it's well worth watching.
The first image is my photo with just the colour information displayed, no other values.
As you can see the colour is indeed centre on the lighthouse and it's light, and this is on purpose.
