The AMC Eagle Sports Wagon. It was equipped with four-wheel drive and offered by American Motors Corporation (AMC) in one generation only for model years 1980 through 1987. Then for 1988, Chrysler Corporation continued it for one more model year when it acquired AMC.

The AMC AMX is a two-seat GT-style sports car that was produced by American Motors Corporation for the 1968 through 1970 model years. The AMX was also classified as a muscle car, but "unique among other American cars at the time due its short wheelbase". The AMX was also the only American-built steel-bodied two-seater of its time, the first since the 1955-1957 Ford Thunderbird. To a degree, the AMX was a competitor with America's only other two-seater of the era, the Chevrolet Corvette for substantially less money. With a one-inch (2.5 cm) shorter wheelbase than Chevrolet's two-seater, the AMX was often seen by the press as a "Corvette competitor"

I wanted to build this ever since I saw the van with these mudguards and color scheme in the Avengers: Endgame Final Battle set. In fact, I had the design of this car finished back in June, I'm just extremely backlogged on finishing my MOCs lately. I'm very pleased with how the angles all came together!
Also on RB.

Here's another redesign of my AMX, one of those models that I was never 100% satisfied with. I already rebuilt it in 2019 with a redesign that was better in some ways and worse in others from my very first stab at it. Well, looking at it again in 2023, I have a lot of new pieces available and a lot of new tricks up my sleeve, so I feel I was able to give it a much better look this time.
My main focus was reinstating the "rounded sides" look my very first attempt back in the day had, while smoothing the transition from the sides to the hood. I also wanted to clean up the rear pillars, which were both gappy and "pixelated" and overall just not very clean. I used some pieces that weren't available before to add a side mirror, and smoothed out some of the other lines while I was at it, and I feel it's a much more presentable models as a result.

Unlike the original AMX models that were based on the Javelin, AMC's ponycar, this 1977-only AMX was based on their compact Hornet model.
Seen in Cypress, California.
AMC Ambassadors were not uncommon here in The Netherlands in the 1970s. Most I remember were the ones with the facelifted front and 5 mph bumpers. A friend send me these photos..

My dad gave me this key, and the car that went with it. It was my first car, a high school graduation present, a 1974 AMC Hornet Sportabout.
