The first time I saw this marvelous skyscraper was during the annual Formula 1 race and shortly after I watched its construction and building process on NatGeo Channel. Few months later I finally had to chance to see it live, it was standing in front of me, tall and elegant, towering over the Abu Dhabi skyline.
Capital Gate (a.k.a. the Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi) is one of the tallest buildings in the city and the focal point of the Capital Center/Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre master development.
In June 2010, Guinness World Records certified Capital Gate as the "World's furthest leaning man-made tower".

Due Diligence: Movie producer Jeffrey Levy-Hinte, whose resume includes the 2003 youth drama "Thirteen," bought this 1934 house five years ago for $3 million. It was built for actress Anna Sten.
Neutra, one of the most famous California architects, designed the house in the International Style, with rows of tall windows overlooking rolling lawns and the ocean.
Mr. Levy-Hinte says he spent $4.5 million for a complete restoration, helped by Neutra's original drawings.
Asked why he's selling the house for little more than its purchase and restoration costs,
Mr. Levy-Hinte terms the price tag "appropriate for the market."
He says he's now spending more time away from Los Angeles.

Nestled in the midst of "Museum Mile", which includes the Guggenheim Museum and the Frick Collection, and diagonally across from the Metropolitan Museum on the southeast corner of 79th Street and 5th Avenue, is one of the most magnificent and regal turn-of-the-century mansions in New York City today. This French Renaissance style structure houses the jewel of the Ukrainian community: the Ukrainian Institute of America. The history of the acquisition of the mansion by Mr. William Dzus, the founder of the Ukrainian Institute of America, dates back to 1898 when Isaac Fletcher, a banker and railroad investor, commissioned the famous architect C.P.H. Gilbert to build a house using William K. Vanderbilt's neo-Loire Valley chateau as its model, on the property which was originally the Lenox farm.

This was my first time inside the Landmark Center in St. Paul. This is a beautiful building, full of amazing Minnesota history.
Luxury building whose current residents include Tiger Woods, Steven Spielberg, Donna Karan, Demi Moore, Glenn Close, Dustin Hoffman, Bono and Billy Squier; past residents include Dodi Al Fayed, Aaron Spelling, Hedy Lamarr and Rita Hayworth, who spent her last years there. In 2007 same floor residents Bono and Billy Squier went to court over a fireplace.
