I captured this photo on a sunday cloudless day in London whilst walking past the Royal National Theatre on the southbank of the city. I like how processing to black and white has brought out so much detail in the walls.

Verdreht und verschoben
Neue Messe Basel von Herzog/de Meuron
220 Meter lang, 90 Meter breit und 32 Meter hoch; besonders spektakulär ist vor allem die weiße Lamellen-Fassade: Die Neue Messe Basel von Herzog & de Meuron ist nach 22-monatiger Bauzeit fertig, am 23. April 2013 wird der Neubau Basler Messeplatz feierlich eröffnet.
Mit dem Neubau haben sich die Proportionen des früheren Platzes wesentlich verändert. Das ehemals langgezogene Rechteck ohne markante räumliche Gliederung ist beinahe zum Quadrat geworden. Er bildet zusammen mit der Rosentalanlage den zentralen Außenraum des Messequartiers, das zugleich ja auch ein großes Wohnquartier ist.

This is an internal shot of the Brutalist City Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. I really love the textures and shadows that the concrete structure provides. This shot was taken whilst looking straight up through the central cavity in the building. It reminds me of landing bay in a science fiction film.

Auf dem Weg nach Hause ist mir gleich das Gebäude aufgefallen. Das Licht und vor allem die Schatten gefielen mir Richtung gut. Da konnte ich einfach nicht dran vorbei fahren.

Today the name truly represents the changes that have taken place on LA's Grand Ave. with the a view of the Broad Museum and in the background the Walt Disney Concert Hall by Star-architect Frank Gehry. This was shot from the front of Arata Isozaki's MOCA!

DISCOVER THE CIUTAT DE LES ARTS I LES CIÈNCIES. Science, nature and art in a complex devoted to scientific and cultural dissemination in Europe, placed in Valencia. The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia is a unique complex devoted to scientific and cultural dissemination which is made up of five main elements: the Hemisfèric (IMAX cinema and digital projections), the Umbracle (a landscaped vantage point and car park), the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum (an innovative centre of interactive science), the Oceanográfico (the largest aquarium in Europe with over 500 marine species) and the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía (which takes care of the operatic programme). The Ágora gives the complex a multifunctional space.
El primer cop que vaig anar a Holanda, anant per l'autopista vaig veure el pal d'un veler que passava per sobre nostre, em va costar un moment entendre que passava, però després d'estar uns dies per allà veus que no és estrany. És un país ple de canals d'aigua per tot arreu, no sé que és primer si la carretera o el canal, però sigui com sigui, fan uns ponts per als canals d'aigua i la carretera per sota, és molt curiós de veure.
Tenia clar que quan tornés voldria mirar de fer alguna foto, i en aquest cas amb el dron ho tenia fàcil per poder mostrar-ho des d'un punt de vista interessant, a més just quan estava fent les fotos vaig tenir la sort que passés un vaixell.
