About a week ago Flower had told me there were several tornado warnings in her area and she needed to leave me in SL .. so she left .. I decided to go to her right away ! I took the nearest TP to her home. The weather was really bad .. at first the TP offered me a 'cancel' button ... but I declined. The ride to her home was a bumpy one. When I arrived the sky was very dark ... many different hues of dark brown. I ran into Flower's home and grabbed her up into my arms and we tried to calm one another. I put that song on the radio and as we listened to it and watched the weather slowly pass .. we both felt better and reassured by our love for one another. We finally relaxed, .. drank some coffee, ate some chocolate and had a very lovely evening together. My time with Flower is always perfect ...no matter the storm that blows over !!

Rare for Nebraska in November that is....
There was some risk of severe weather that afternoon. In fact.... way out of season severe weather. There was just enough instability by afternoon to allow the thunderstorms to develop, strengthen, and even spin up a few tornadoes in the 4-5 p.m. CST time frame.
I had a 5 hour drive back from Missouri and was exhausted. Plus I had to work in a few hours so chasing this storm was just not possible that afternoon. But I did venture out to capture a few snaps of that afternoons events.
Pictured here were the cells effecting the Red Cloud to Clay Center Nebraska areas. I was just to the south of the I-80 Minden Interchange. Found a cozy spot without any powerlines and pointed my camera to the east southeast.
Some amazing captures to finalize my severe weather photography for 2016

Bei einem Ausflug auf dem Lysefjord ist es ein besonderes Erlebnis, wenn das Schiff ganz nah an diesen rund 400 m hohen Wasserfall heranfährt und das klare Wasser zum Trinken gereicht wird.
Such an amazing capture of my little friend that makes it's daily visits to our garden, especially now with this heat wave we are having now in South Texas. I have also got a few extra feeding stations in the back yard so they can drink when they want to. Lol.

Looking at me is looking at Yourself. I am that mirror.
You looked at me with laughter, and I became the whole flower field of laughter.*

As the sun drew higher, the clouds were beginning to disperse. We had been out waiting in the cold from 6am and over two hours had passed... To get here, we left around 5am. Needless to say we were getting hungry... would the clouds outlast us?

What an amazing capture of such a unique flower, very appropriate for the Christmas season. Looks as if the flower have little ornaments on them, very beautiful indeed. !!
If anyone knows the name of these beauties, please let me know. Lol: Gaston.

Thanks for all your wonderful support on my work in Photography. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Photo was taken in Zagreb, Croatia at the Dolace market square.
I have so many photos that I thought I had better start posting on a more regular basis.
We don't have a waterfall on the mountain (at least I have never found one lurking in someone's garden!), so in the absence of water this is a natural waterfall made up of Banksia Rose and Wisteria.
And no, this isn't Wisteria Cottage but another cottage on the other side of the valley where I live.
OK, you know me by now, I galloped round their garden as well. WELL, how was I going to get my shot!!!!!
