This night was sooo much fun. I remember working behind the stage in the dressing room area, making sure everyone had their laminate passes. I hung out with sooo many musicians that night, but to be more precise, the guys from Taking Back Sunday. I had only heard of them, wasn't really a fan. Their singer, Adam, got sooo piss drunk that night, hahahaha. He even offered me a drink at one point, but I declined. Instead, after the show, he let me know that they had free food and giveaways in their dressing room, and let m have whatever I wanted :) That was mighty nice of him :)
When I was 18, I worked for a company where I was able to usher for pretty much every venue in LA (big or small), minus the Staples Center. The two years I worked there were by far the most memorable to date. I also chilled with the guys from The Used, My Chemical Romance, and met Brandon from the Killers.
It was the most fun I'd ever had at a minimum wage job.
There's something a little LeatherFace about this photo of Edina... seriously... it's right there on the borderline of creeping me out.
Cloverleaf Mall in Chesterfield County near Richmond used to be a magnet but is today almost completely empty. Plans for redevelopment of the site are underway.
The wren is a tiny brown bird, although it is heavier, less slim, than the even smaller goldcrest. It is dumpy, almost rounded, with a fine bill, quite long legs and toes, very short round wings and a short, narrow tail which is sometimes cocked up vertically. For such a small bird it has a remarkably loud voice. It is the commonest UK breeding bird, although it suffers declines during prolonged, severely cold winters.
Stopped by at the monthly Purley Way meet after work, saw this, but, too late again, almost everyone had left. South London U.K.
Dinner almost done, the friendly wait staff of the Mesa Moderne offer to take couple of group photographs before we check out. (Davao, Philippines, May 2013)
These were taken on the evening of March 10. Sorry for so many snaps, but these images take my breath away.
i took this for my grandmother. i used to spend all day running around, taking pictures of flowers.
I'm not sure whether i like this, or the original better. I'll probably end up uploading both.

il quasi buio. la quasi fine del giorno, la quasi fine del lavoro /
the almost dark. almost the end of the day, almost the end of work
California oranges almost ready for jucing. Thought I better shoot these before they froze. It's a cold year in California with citrus damage everywhere.
In times of more and more B738s, this B736 seems almost vintage, departing here from Madrid to Tunis.
My mom decided to run when the path cleared up a bit. I titled this photo "Almost There" because the warm-colored opening from the woods was just up ahead.
