Fast flowing pristine river
Location: Perak, Malaysia.
The Siamese algae-eater is a species of freshwater fish in the carp family, Cyprinidae. This bottom-dwelling tropical fish is found in mainland Southeast Asia, including the Chao Phraya and Mekong basins as well as the Malay Peninsula.
I bought a pet Marimo Ball Algae at the Night Market! It's supposed to bring me good luck. I think it's super cute.

An alpha-predator lurks in the algae, as an adult alligator sticks up its snout. This view was taken within the safety of ZooTampa, but Florida residents are generally aware that these native animals can be encountered in any big patch of water.
This rock probably teems with activity when the Tide returns to protect it from the open air, which would be about an hour after this shot was taken.
Tripod mounted & polarised on Nolton Haven though I was genuinely concerned about getting cut off as I was way off in a corner of the beach to make sure I could capture the Sunset & couldn't clearly see an escape.
We're Here looking out for green today & I found this!
For fun one day I decided to take my camera to the near by pond & took a dip. It's only algae, right?
