This cafe strip along the esplanade at mooloolaba in queensland was very classy and cosmopolitan....this dessert is from bellissimo of mooloolaba and was eaten very slowly as i soaked up the spectacular view of the beach...truly heaven!!
Looking at this scene you wouldn't believe the devastation caused by the floods on Monday. More of the same has been predicted for tomorrow.....

Farmstead cheese production is pretty fascinating, & we’ll take a tour of the farm & the cheese-making operation. Everything is a factor: the goats & sheep, the grass, the weather, the milk, the cheesemakers’ skill & dedication. It all comes together to form the cheese on the plate. Chef Emry of Q Wood Fired Grill in nearby Waitsburg is a master of cooking w/ flame. Emry grew up on a ranch & has authentic cowboy cooking skills. Sandy handles the beverages w/ a degree in enology & viticulture.
