W. A, Frost is a remarkably successful St. Paul restaurants and institution that has shaped its Selby Ave neighborhood since its opening in 1975. I've just eaten there once - out on the patio - and the food was quite good. And the atmosphere could not be improved on.

I always bring my camera to get a picture of the beautiful food at Caribe but when the food comes, I forget about pictures. Today, at least, I remembered halfway through the Island Eggs Benedict (conch fritters: mmm...)
