Pvt. Hikaru "Worm" Tamaki was assigned to Fireteam Zulu of the Talon Corporation. They were tasked with breaking into a bank located in Sakura Falls. This was Hikaru's first time on the job and she was determined to do her best. After all, she needed the money for her own benefit. Little did she know that she would the last 'survivor' of her team. At first, everything seemed to be going well with standard resistance, but it seemed to all go downhill from there. Both sides suffered significant casualties and Hikaru was forced to retreat from the scene after witnessing two of her allies die before her eyes and two others become gravely injured. The events left her traumatized.

Day 327 - I bought some ply numbers for a clock I'm making, but why not repurpose them first. This also sums up feelings about mathematics.

Sunset colors almost mirror the colors of the flames that once consumed these trees, not so long ago. These silhouetted trees are along the forest road leading from Crown King to Horsethief Basin, and although taken this year, still show the after-effects of the Gladiator Fire of 2012.

This is all that's left of the old warehouse at Baker's Quay in Gloucester (pre-fire image flic.kr/p/qMX1a8 ).
Not technically a great image, but possibly interesting from a "before and after" view point.
On Sunday, September 1st 1985, John Michael Holly stole a bulldozer from a construction site in Laurel MD. He then parked the machine on the tracks of the B&O's Washington Subdivision (now CSX Capital Sub) at Cherry Lane. At around 3am, westbound autoracks piled up after striking the bulldozer. All four engines and fourteen of the sixty one cars derailed, and somehow the crew made it out okay. This photo is looking railroad west off the Cherry Lane overpass at the accident site, after number two main has been restored enough to get trains by. It was not a good period for Chessie autoracks, as on September 4th 1986, eastbound 216 piled up at Boyds Md, up the road a little ways. And a year later in September 1987, 216 again derailed at Takoma Park Md, with the wreckage entering the METRO red line row. No photographer listed, JL Sessa collection.
