Very often us Account Admins get requests from clueless users. After all these months of centralization, some users still don't know that not every one of us know every one of them that well. They don't know that on the network they need to tell us which folders they need access, that each folder has a restriction of its own. I started out thinking of drawing a 10-10-1274 cartoon, a spoof of those phone companies that pop up all over after the breakup of Big Bell. FYI, 1274 is the extension of our much-hated hotline.
