I first followed the tutorial of PIXIMPERFECT www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFxylWAAFSM
For the double exposure technique and used his picture material.
I learned I was the clumsiest human on earth and I kept deleting or modifying things without saving my progress and having to redo some steps repeatedly. The pleasing thing is by doing repetition, you actually memorize everything better. I also learn that the TAB button places everything full screen in photoshop and hides all your panels and because somehow I didn't know I panic a bit.
I typically work by intuition and handle everything until I get a result, this is why following a tutorial in stages was more painful lol. But was able to complete the task and was quite proud of the result.
I enjoy the project, but the result was at the end almost a copy conform from the tutorial, and I wanted to deconstruct it and produce something distinctive. Here is the result, a special Admin award for my Flickr group.

This was taken at Blooming Butterflies, located in Bolz Conservatory, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Madison, Wisconsin. Although the previous two postings were with my iPhone, this was actually taken with my Canon EOS R5. Hope you all enjoy!

I consider street photo one of the most difficult styles of photography as your subject is constantly changing. You are not capturing a bridge or a river or a colorful fall forest. You are capturing moments from the city, an urban scenery, you are capturing expressions of random people while they are not posing for you, people doing their every day thing. So quite often I am trying to focus on something static on the street, something that caught my eye and then wait until the "right people" get into my frame. I think I got lucky on this one, as it felt like these 2 guys were just leaving the area after not finding what they were looking for (404 error, web administrators may get the joke). Picture taken at Little Five points, in Atlanta, GA.

Κατα τη γνωμη μου η φωτογραφια δρομου ειναι ισως το πιο δυσκολο ειδος φωτογραφίας καθως το θεμα σου αλλαζει συνεχως. Δεν φωτογραφιζεις μια γεφυρα, ενα ποταμι η ενα πολυχρωμο δασος το φθινοπωρο. Στη φωτογραφια δρομου το θεμα ειναι οι στιγμες σε μια πολη, ενα αστικο σκηνικο, οι εκφρασεις τυχαιων ανθρωπων που ομως δεν ποζαρουν για σενα, τυχαιοι ανθρωποι που κανουν καποιες κινησεις ρουτινας. Ετσι συχνα προσπαθω να εστιασω σε κατι στατικο, σε κατι που τραβηξε την προσοχη μου και επειτα να περιμενω μεχρι οι "σωστοι ανθρωποι" να μπουν στο καδρο μου. Νομιζω σταθηκα αρκετα τυχερος εδω αφου οι 2 αυτοι τυποι εμοιαζαν να απομακρυνονται απο την περιοχη αφου δεν βρηκαν αυτο που εψαχναν (σφαλμα 404, οι web admins μαλλον θα πιασουν το αστειο). Η φωτογραφια τραβηχτηκε στην περιοχη Little Five points στην Atlanta της πολιτειας της Georgia.

The tradition of having fireworks display to celebrate China National Day started since the handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997. We went up to The Peak to avoid the huge crowd along Victoria Harbour.
There is a hole in the ground where the BYU administration building once stood. But this is not goodbye to admin. A new building will be constructed on the same spot.

Northern 150137 gets away from its stop at Buckshaw Parkway in the winter of 2013 with the 08.17 Manchester Airport - Blackpool North.
The station at the time was just over twelve months old and is built on the site of the former Chorley ROF munitions factory.
* The 1000 acre MOD site at its zenith in 1941 employed a staggering 28,000 people and had its own 4 platform station ROF Halt. The mound of earth in the foreground is all that remains of the down platform.
Admin buildings were situated on the right and the factory with its associated bunkers and sidings were over on the left.
During WW2 the Dam Buster bombs were armed here.

Today I found 3 !!! groups here at Flickr of my friends who went private, because of .....well you know: admins. We need just one single admin who's fooling around and your group is dead! Gone by the wind.
This sign (in fact they are "birds in flight") for me stands just now for Victory.
My biggest friend just lost her group today also, but we created together a new one.

A big one to visit on our list and after some fun and games accessing in the dead of night, we were successful.
This asylum was built at the end of the 19th century. It was initially used as a hospital for mentally ill patients and later it was used as a military academy. This location held the equipment where people were treated with ECT and operations to the nervous system.
The asylum closed it's doors in the end of the 20th century when there were laws passed that deemed that asylums had to close their doors.
The man down Italian toll tour. Taking in some Italian delights on a 4 day explore.
