الجنّة ” يا الله تُشغلني .
لأنّنا لن نكذب فيهَا وَ نقول نحنُ بخير , لأنّ الله سَيكرمنا بلذة النظر إليه
لأنّها تُحقق لنَا حياة الخلُود , حياة ملؤها الطمأنينةُ وَ الوَقار , فيهَا من الأنهَار ما يَروينا , وَ من النعيم مَا يُفرحنا ,
وَ كَوثرٌ بإذنهِ سَيسقينا
عِندما كُنت صَغيرة , كُنت أطلبُ الجنّة بإلحَاح , كُنت أتخيّلها تحملُ قصراً كَبيراً , وَ لباساً من غيمِ , وَ حذاءِ بلّوري , وَ بُستانٌ تُشرق فيه شمسٌ لاتغرب ,وَ أغصانٌ تتنَاغم مَع النسيم , وَأغنيَةِ تَصف حَنيني , وَ فرَاشاتِ رَقيقة تكُون بحجمي ؛
لكي أمتطيهَا وَ أطير , أطيرُ عالياً إلى الفردَوس .
والآن أرَى أن الجنّة تضمُ أحلامي , وَ تجعلني أهذي بنعيمِ لايُشبه دنيَانا , تُرغمني على تمزيقي كَي أصل إليها ,
وَ تُرتل علي كُل صلاة :-
” وَ جنّة عرضُها السماوات والأرض أعدت للمتقين ” !
الجنّة شيءٌ أرنو إليهِ بحبٌ وَ حنينْ .

Finally i can build a little!
I've been dying to try this thing out , and been doing many sketches of how i wanted it to look (including some during work!)
Its a mix of eras in terms of bricks with the very old 1963 modulex bricks together with brand new 2011 Hero Factory stuff. Interesting mix to work with.
The vehicle itself is self explanatory , its some sort of scout assault vehicle that can fire short range missiles. I havent decided if its fully remote controlled/robotized or if there are just very few opening just like some armored vehicles have. You decide ;)
All the wheels turn properly and are actually articulated in the front by the socket connection of HF parts
This man is shooting probably the most photographed item in the city of Portland. It is a sculpture created by J. Seward Johnson and it is entitled “Allow Me”. Most people just call him “Umbrella Man” because it’s the statue of a man hailing a taxi (apparently for an out-of-town visitor) while holding an umbrella. Umbrella Man is stationed at the south end of Pioneer Courthouse Square, also known as Portland’s living room. Everyone who passes through this city park gets his or her picture taken with the sculpture.

Pamukkale significa en turco "Castillo de algodón" y es uno de los lugares más mágicos, no sólo de Turquía, sino de todo el mundo. Su belleza es deslumbrante... realmente no hay palabras para describir tanta grandiosidad.
Con una altura de 160 metros y una extensión de unos 2700, la montaña de Pamukkale está en su totalidad cubierta de una sustancia blanca que, en la distancia, puede parecer nieve o algodón.
Nada más lejos de la realidad. En esta zona de clima templado, lo que cubre el fantástico “castillo” no son sino los residuos de carbonato de calcio y diferentes minerales del agua de sus fuentes, que se han ido depositando y solidificando a través del tiempo, llegando a formar esas pintorescas cascadas y piscinas de caliza y travertino en forma de media luna.
Estas termas naturales son únicas por sus espectaculares formaciones de estalactitas y estalagmitas al aire libre. Y sus aguas son famosas por las propiedades que contienen y los beneficios que aportan a la piel, a los ojos... y se dice que cura el asma y reumatismos. Aunque la piscina Sacra actualmente se encuentra dentro del Hotel Pamukkale.
En la cima de estas piscinas naturales se encuentran las ruinas de la antigua ciudad romana-helena de Hierápolis, que junto a Pamukkale fue declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad el año 1988 por la UNESCO.

La calle del Agua es una de las más típicas de Sevilla.
Empieza cerca de los jardines Murillo y se termina en el pasaje de la Judería ; su trazado transcurre lo largo de los muros del Alcázar.
Se llama así debido a que corriendo a lo largo un acueducto que abasteció de agua al Alcázar.
En la espesor del muro al comienzo de la vía, se ve el tubo de agua.

The "calle del Agua" is one of the most typical of Seville.
Start near the Murillo gardens and ends in the passage of Jewry, its route runs along the walls of the Alcázar.
It is so named because it ran along an aqueduct that supplied water to the Alcázar.
The wall thickness at the beginning of the road, you see the water pipe.

Elle commence près des jardins Murillo et se termine au passage de la Judería ; son tracé longe la muraille de l'Alcázar.
Elle fut baptisée ainsi car elle longeait un aqueduc qui assurait l'alimentation en eau de l'Alcazar.
Dans l'épaisseur du mur au début de la ruelle, on voit encore la canalisation pour l'eau.

Funky Clouds, or is it a UFO?..The second shot from the sunset on saturday at Clatteringshaws in the Galloway Forest, Dumfries & Galloway, really liked this towering cloud formation, i am sure there is a name for this type:)...lenticular clouds,thanks Robin Black

تمتاز بجوها المعتدل في فصل الشتاء اهل ابها اذا ذبحهم البرد نزلوا لها وتعشوا حنيذ
Durgerdam is a small Dutch village just outside Amsterdam and is a nice representation of what a Dutch village on a dyke looks like. Durgerdam is only about 7 km from the city centre and can be reached by car, bus or the best way by bike. There are only about 430 inhabitants but Durgerdam has some lovely restaurants.
This shot is actually 6 shots merged into one, I didn´t hold the camera horizontal but I shot the 6 shots vertically and merged them that way.
Spirit Island is a tiny island in Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park. This landmark is the destination of boat trips across Maligne Lake, and is one of the most famous views of the Canadian Rockies.
If you ever go to Maligne Lake, dont miss the opportunity to see this tiny island. You have to take a boat ride for 90min $55.00 (10:00am-4:00pm) The scenery along the coast is magestic. The only bad thing is that they only allow you to be there for 10 minutes and you need to fly to take those shots.
Spirit Island es una isla pequenita localizada en Maligne lake, en Jasper national Park. Es el icono de las Rocosas Canadiense. Si algun dia vienen aqui tienen que tomar un boat tour que cuesta $55.00 y durara acerca de 90 min. El unico problema es que solo te dejan alli por 10 min y hay que volar para tomar las fotos.

Ho sempre pensato che fossero i dettagli a fare la differenza, a rendere tutto diverso, speciale, unico proprio per il loro essere quasi invisibili ma preziosi.
Apprezzo l'infinita semplicità delle piccole cose, dei gesti all'apparenza insignificanti ma che in realtà riempiono il cuore ed emozionano spesso perché inaspettati.

Mi rendo conto del fatto che su uno schermo non in HD la visione di questa foto non sia proprio perfetta...
So I went out for the first time in quite a while with my camera last night. I've had this image in mind for a long time, but just had never bothered to take it. Its not entirely what I had in mind as I thought the parliament building would have had more lighting and the sky would be more blue. The sky I think was just a problem with seasonal timing of the sun setting directly where I was shooting. The light trails were pretty good though, I wasn't sure how much traffic there would be, but there was enough for a 2 minute exposure.

The gardens are a fundamental part of the Alcazar. A walk in the gardens of the Alcazar is one of the most pleasant of Seville, which combine the Arab influences, Renaissance and modern. They are arranged in terraces, with green vegetation, lots of orange and palm trees, fountains, cool and calm for rest and relaxation away from the city.
