Shot with a pinhole camera with an offset and angled pinhole on Xray film, as part of my playing with verticals.
Note:
- lytic destruction of the left superior pubic ramus
- sclerosis of most of left hemipelvis
- ascites causing mild separation of small bowel loops (valvulae conniventes NOT thickened - i.e. the wall itself is not abnormal)
Subtle rib lesions are notoriously difficult to pick on a CXR, even when you know there is one. See if you can pick it without looking at the detail view showing the lesion.
