Note:

- lytic destruction of the left superior pubic ramus

- sclerosis of most of left hemipelvis

- ascites causing mild separation of small bowel loops (valvulae conniventes NOT thickened - i.e. the wall itself is not abnormal)

Subtle rib lesions are notoriously difficult to pick on a CXR, even when you know there is one. See if you can pick it without looking at the detail view showing the lesion.

Drive by shooting, ended up shooting the dog instead. One bullet still in his leg, the other shattered his tarsus/tibia. You can see the bone fragments.
