this machine is an x-ray scanner. a man in the truck looks at monitors while you drive slowly through this. i sappose they are looking for nuks or somthing.
The features of Pagets disease are disguised but not obliterated by concurrent osteopenia (presumably osteoporotic). Note the thickened cortex and expansion of the left superior pubic ramus, the subtle sclerosis in the left ischium (just above acetabulum) and posterior ilium (adjacent to SIJ), and the prominent trabecular lines in the left ischium and iliac crest.

Metastatic breast carcinoma. Irregularly distributed reticulo-nodular opacities not in a typical distribution for usual pulmonary fibrosis. Note right pleural effusion, left mastectomy and left axillary dissection. Sarcoidosis can give a similar radiologic appearance, as can "atypical" causes of fibrosis such as hypersensitivity.
