Yesterday was the last day of the Brighton Tattoo Convention 2013! It's the first convention I've been to in maybe about two years or so (Maybe since this picture - www.flickr.com/photos/b-love/5404187031) and there were so many great artists there exhibiting their designs. Though I don't have a tattoo myself, I'm fascinated by them and I love visiting all the stalls and checking out all the individual styles on show.
this caught my eye as river played in the garden. maybe some elf hung his hat here.

One week of daily snow fall has left most of the city's otherwise grey and brown covered in a pristine coat of white. Today's consistent light snow left an additional coat of fluffy crystals on every surface.
In stark contrast with a mid February white snow on black wrought iron fence is a splash of blue. Thin rope wrapped tightly around one of the fence posts give a message of promise of the bustling summer farmer's market. In just a few months, the whites, greys and browns of winter will be replaced with the bountiful colours of fresh fruit and vegetables from Niagara farms and beyond.
With the weather being so foul, it's important to wrap up warm. So I have lots of things wrapped up all snug under my dress for work today and I feel so good x

Here's a view of the back of my dress. Not particularly special, just nice and silky too, so I'm wrapped in soft satin all around.

I tell ya, birds just love these apples!!!!!!! LOL...that is why I leave quite a few on the tree. All sorts of birds eat on them all year!!! The doves, all the woodpeckers, finches, robins, sparrows, and now this magpie is enjoying some!!! Geez, I still have about 30-40 lbs of apples left that I picked, and I'm freezing and using them almost daily!!!
We got a couple inches of snow today. Man...those snowflakes were about the size of silver dollars!!! LOL...they were so pretty I tried taking some pictures of them, but they didn't turn out.
