Looks like I used a fisheye lens, huh? I don't know how that happened.

This is a sample of a kaleidoscope tessellation requested by, and created for, a friend (Gina) I met here on Flickr. She makes candy wrappers, gift wrap, bookmarks, etc., but her site is no longer online, so I'm not sure where to get her products any longer.

Only sample tiles are available for viewing since I used her original picture instead of one of my own or one from Flickr with a CC license.

Reaching for the next present.

My daughter dressed my sweet Ruby up for me for Xmas, she was not impressed at all, and then when the camera got turned on her, she started to sulk.

Never mind the gifts, it's this paper I adore because it's just so colourful!

Ella thoroughly enjoyed sampling the flavor of her Christmas presents' wrapping paper. We don't acually let her eat the paper, but she's very quick!

Everything wrapped, and as close to it's original position as we could manage

When wrapping paper gets overwhelming...

Feet in the wrapping paper. In socks - it's cold here!

This was a gift box I made for my brother's wedding.

Twice A Week

I've been mostly offline for the last week, leaving me with no time to upload and wish every one of my Flickr friends a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. And now, it's already 2011! I hope everybody had a great holiday with their friends and family.

Probably my least favorite part of the festivities, but I have to admit I love how colorful everything is!

these lumpy gifts are two garden gnomes for my dad. he only wanted gnomes this year and wouldn't tell me anything else at all that he'd like to have. they sure look sad once they're wrapped up!

Make that unique gift even more so with elegant and thoughtful wrapping paper from designdesign.us
