Spoonflower is offering designs on wallpaper now! It is for a special holiday offering.

You can access my Spoonflower Designs through my Flickr Profile for my webpage listed at Spoonflower.

I decided I'd order this one, as it can cover birthdays or holiday gifts.

This is a sample of a kaleidoscope tessellation requested by, and created for, a friend (Gina) I met here on Flickr. She makes candy wrappers, gift wrap, bookmarks, etc., but her site is no longer online, so I'm not sure where to get her products any longer.

Only sample tiles are available for viewing since I used her original picture instead of one of my own or one from Flickr with a CC license.

My packages wrapped up for Valentine's Day in my own gift wrap I created.

Amazing full sheet of Vintage wrapping paper!!

Wrapping paper found at estate sale in Los Angeles, CA.

"Bought it Online" - very convenient for shopping this year

Seema got a gift - a piece of wrap paper, which she enjoyes a lot!

I'm wrapping presents tonight and apparently inciting a riot over on Twitter. How about you Flickr folks: "Love, Actually" or "Bridget Jones' Diary"?

Love the bright red and the gray together.

What's going on, it's only August!! o.O

This is my second design for Lilla Roger´s "Make art that sells" /bolt fabric assignement

This is my favourite of the three wrapping papers we made. In case you're wondering (as indeed I was), pigs are a part of the christmas iconography in Finland, presumably because they eat them at this time of year, along with loads of fish and an amazing beetroot, apple, potato and herring salad called rossoli.

Updated slightly from my previous effort: www.flickr.com/photos/mucx/4511484588/

I was tweaking the paper under the bow and ribbon a little. The paper in the previous effort I thought looked a little dull and matte. It also looked a little orange looking rather than red.

This version I tweaked the vibrancy of the red color which allows you to see the texture of the paper a little more (especially in the bottom portion).

I reversed the color of the glyphs making them shine a little as if being caught by the light. I can definitely play with those more to follow the highlights and the lowlights better.

Think this makes the paper a little more shiney or glossy which was what I was going for.

missing you, warren.

Could not chose between these two.

he just sat and sat while we draped him in paper, etc, he seemed quite happy to just sit and then lie, he was there in the middle of the room for hours!!!!

Christmas card 2007—screen printed on wrapping paper

Mandy's Christmas gift this year was being able to shred our used wrapping paper. And shred she did. Every. Single. Piece. We're lucky if we get the paper entirely off the present before she grabs it!

It's a bit of a obsessive-compulsive disorder with her, I think. Ever since we wrapped a treat in wrapping paper when she was little, she has had an obsession with shredding paper. :-) I don't think she even remembers the biscuit anymore!

I had to get a picture of this. She is so proud of her work!
